The hotel is conveniently located near Hi Tech city, making it easy to access. The rooms were relatively clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
First, there was no running water in the bathrooms and no hot water for showers, even in the mornings. the Wi-Fi was only available for the first hour of my stay and despite multiple complaints, it was never fixed.

During my New Year's stay, I was able to book without advance payment, which was great. the location was convenient and close to popular attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The room was not well-maintained and dirty. the bathroom had no hot water and the Wi-Fi did not work, even though it was advertised as included.

The location of this hotel was convenient, as it was close to Hi Tech city and in proximity to various facilities. the rooms were clean and maintained, with the exception of a few minor issues like some dirtiness on the walls. the breakfast served was decent, with options like Idli and Parotha available. the staff, although inexperienced, was friendly and helpful, providing assistance when needed.
There were some negative aspects to consider. the availability of water and hot showers in the bathrooms was inconsistent, causing inconvenience to guests.
